Scheduled - These updates will fix several ‘under the hood’ issues with the Hybrid Polling collector and web service. They will also allow for faster, easier configuration of Hybrid Polling.

The updates should take about 30 minutes to perform. During that time, Hybrid Polling will be paused, and 15-Minute intraday polling and repolling will not occur.

Resolved - This issue was resolved on 6/13, but remained in an "investigating" status as we received reports from some customers still experiencing the issue. Those issues were determined to be isolated incidents, so we are marking this as resolved.

Investigating - On 06/08, Compeat’s Schedule platform began exhibiting unexpected behavior when trying to publish a schedule. When asked if they would like to update a template while publishing a schedule, the user receives an error when they proceed with updating a template. We are a actively working to resolve this matter.

Resolved - The issue with errant count check-outs has been resolved. Any checked out counts going forward will be correct. If you have an issue with an existing count that is giving errors on save or during check-in, please contact support, and they can correct.

Investigating - CompeatMobile.com began exhibiting errant behavior on 06/08, when checked-out counts could not be successfully checked back in. Counts performed during this time are being saved correctly to the server, but an issue is preventing them from being checked-in. We are working to resolve this matter.
